The RC10 1989 Stealth car is a great piece, however, we noticed room for a clean install of body mount pads on the side of the chassis. The JConcepts designers created and printed a new direct bolt-on item to give this piece of RC history the proper location for hook and loop tape fastening. Tested during the Team Associated Vintage Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ryan Maifield put it through the paces and the item passed with flying colors. Designed to fit the chassis; while utilizing existing holes the body mount pads require 4-40 hardware (not included). The SLS printed part in PA-12 material has shown great durability and is similar in performance and longevity to injection molded items. Although, no guarantees exist with 3D printing, we believe this part passes the test, stays within a reasonable budget, and allows the user to concentrate on building, and racing at the highest level.
